Christmas Party

We went to the annual Zajaczek Dance class Christmas party. Madelyn was asked to be Mary for the pageant. Alyssa was a Christmas tree, and Amber was an angel.

Piano Recital

The girls performed in their first piano recital earlier this month. Madelyn played three songs, and Alyssa played two. They have both worked so hard and come a long way since beginning their lessons in late summer. We are so proud of them both!

Happy Halloween!

No Halloween would be complete without carving pumpkins. All of the kids got their hands dirty for a change. Daddy was making the "ewwwwww" face!

The evening arrived and the Brown children transformed into a flapper, senorita, and Bumblebee.

We were so happy to have the Rietz family join us!

Cousins are ready for some candy.

Blog Interrupted...

We are so busy at the Brown house that there is no time to update this blog! When I finally found time, I discovered that I lost the cable to transfer pictures onto the computer. So, I finally got a new cord, and you all can see what we've been up to this fall!

Labor Day was spent at the cottage. The weather was typical for the weekend - a little boating, fishing, and swimming.

Right after Labor Day, school started. Cameron started Nursery school this year! He never shed a tear, but mom cried enough for the both of us! Big Boy!

The first day of school was chilly for the girls. This was taken AFTER Alyssa realized that first grade was ok, and she would survive the year without her BFF in her class.

Grandma and Grandpa getting a blessing on their 63rd wedding anniversary - the same day cousin Bentley was baptized. What a blessed day!

The Raczynski family - kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids!

Little man of the day :)

Sweet Bentley

The fall brought Cameron to his first skating lesson. Look out NHL!

Madelyn also completed another soccer season. She was a great goalie!

Cameron got to go on his fist school field trip - to Blakes. It was HOT, but better that than rain!

Hay rides and apple picking

Back home, we spent a Sunday afternoon at the duck park. We have to enjoy the sunshine while we still have it!
